The Neck Stretcher by Joseph Pilates was specially developed for advanced Pilates practitioners. It is an effective tool for your Pilates training.

It can be attached to all springs and eyebolts on any Cadillac, trapeze table, tower and much more. The Neck Stretcher does not have to be used exclusively for Contrology devices.
The Contrology Neck Stretcher is made of durable galvanized steel, not aluminum. It is the only neck trainer on the market that has a removable headband. This allows you to wash and clean it, among other things. The headband is 2" wide with an extra-large D-ring.
